Acceptance

By downloading or using WebStone (the “App”), you agree to these terms.

The service

WebStone lets you create a QR code linked to a memorial page. Memorial content is stored in your Google Drive and served through Google’s infrastructure.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the content you publish. Do not upload material that is unlawful, defamatory, or infringes anyone’s rights. You confirm you have permission to share any photos of identifiable people.

Content ownership

You retain all rights to your content. You grant us the limited permission needed to store and display it as part of the service.

Acceptable use

Do not use the App for spam, fraud, harassment, or to host malicious content. We may remove content that violates these terms.

Availability

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Memorial content depends on your Google account and Google’s services.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the App, including loss of memorial content.

Termination

You may stop using the App at any time and delete your memorials. We may suspend access for breach of these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa.
